A great tool to develop arm strength and increase yards in your deep game.

This is a great tool for developing limb strength. My 13 year old son plays QB and after a few weeks of training with this ball I've already noticed slight improvements in his ability to throw a long ball. I will definitely start with the 2 pounds and increase as needed. That's a lot of weight for a young hand and shouldn't be overdone. Be careful on the receiver side. You don't want this ball to surprise you!

NOT LIGHTWEIGHT. fit soccer balls

I ordered these 3 pounds. Soccer weighted because I wanted to increase the weight as my son was progressing at 2lbs. Ball. It's not a lightweight, everyone is considering adding a weighted football to players' spring training. Great for WR too! on Sports

I think most people buy it to strengthen overweight arms. It's a bit heavy at 2 pounds. If you use it for this, pay close attention to their shape and repetition. I found that with limited reps that focused on form, they definitely improved arm strength. My players really like throwing the ball at the beginning of the warm-up.
