Great screwdriver for 8.99 and made in the USA

Great screwdriver has 2 double ended bits and 2 nut sizes, one on each side of the shank, traditional 1/4" and 5/16". I really like it as it doesn't feel cheap, I'm not sure how the stock will hold up over time once varnished, but it's also a bit soft, I'm afraid it might soften over time detach but other than that it's an amazing screwdriver. I recommend for the price. Another plus is that it's made right here in the USA which a lot of tools don't have now and we all know who I'm talking about

Very disappointed in the best power and hand tools

I work on industrial food equipment and these types of screwdrivers are a must. I chose Channelock because I have their excellent pliers. I bought the first one but found the head was 1/4" rounded and wouldn't loosen the screws, I thought I had a defect and got a replacement but I had the same problem. I am very disappointed with this tool. I bought a Lennox and am very happy with it. I hope they can fix this problem. Note: most of the tools I work with have pan head screws, if you are using…

Premium quality, made in the USA - strong, well finished, durable tips

This is a very high quality tool with finely finished tips and a solid construction. Very diverse. My main gripe is how unusually heavy it is in terms of portability. If you really need all four types of tips, this is probably lighter than four good screwdrivers and makes sense. But I got this for a guitar bag tool kit and I don't really need all four types of lugs - I only need Phillips lugs. I suspect two separate drivers would weigh less than this one! However, being overweight isn't such a…

My favorite 6-in-1 screwdriver

Very good build quality! I've always found that most 6-in-1 screwdrivers are of mediocre quality. This screwdriver is cheaper and better made! First, the bits on this thing are very strong and have pretty tight tolerances. I noticed that the Phillips 2-bit on this screwdriver fits most screws and bolts very well. I've never had a cheap 6-in-1, never such a tight tolerance. If your screw head isn't already removable, these bits probably won't roll out of the screw head. Locking balls hold bits…

Superb quality and made in the USA

Channellock are well known for their pliers but I've recently discovered that they make quality screwdrivers like the Craftsman I grew up with. They have hard acetate grips if that's what you like. The black finish should never rust and the whole package feels solid and strong. I can't add much more than what all the other reviews say, but I can tell you the positive reviews are spot on. I will continue to collect Channellock screwdrivers as needed and they are the kind of tool that will last…

Best $10 tool I've ever bought and tested

All I can say is WOW! which tool. That's the best ten dollars I've ever spent. I added 5 photos so here is the photo instructions: #1-The block is divided into 4 separate parts. #2-The main shaft has both a reversible locking pin and a locking ball. #3 - Reversible screwdriver bits also come with locking balls to hold them in place and prevent them from falling out. In what I consider to be a brainstorm, each bit is cross-shaped on one end and flat on the other. BRILLIANT! #4. The smaller hole…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Best 6-in-1?: Power Tools & Hand Tools

, I collect 6-in-1 screwdrivers (8-in-1, 11-in-1, etc.). I like having a tool that I can use to solve most projects quickly. I know that having "a tool" defeats the purpose of having many. That being said, I think this might be the best multi-purpose screwdriver I currently own and it's definitely the best bang for the buck. The handle is very comfortable and extremely durable. It doesn't have the oddly shaped Milwaukee or the newer Stanley. It's a solid acetate and won't fall apart like Harbor

  • Gotcha!
