The product has two power spikes on a short Y-connector, so you don't have to lose or install smaller power spikes. . I now have a situation where I can charge the battery from time to time. The battery is fine and the device charges easily with the Dell branded wall adapter. However, the price is as good as it gets. This resulted in about a year and a half of good service and another 6 months of bad service. I've only used this adapter about 2 dozen times, if ever. Bought this as backup power for my Dell laptop. So glad I did. I somehow damaged the original power cord that came with the PC and due to the COVID-19 pandemic I was able to work from home. Well, I moved the device and somehow twisted the cable. Damn. I'm glad I had a backup because the waiting time for online orders is at least a month. This could be a very bad situation. I don't know what to complain about. Accord, plugs etc. are about the same quality as the original power supply. I connect it to a 13.5V DC power adapter to boot my Dell Inspiron 3000 series laptop and it works fine.

I recently bought this product and only used it once during a several hour drive. My Dell Inspiron laptop charged with no issues. The cable length is great. Connect it to the front panel and the laptop in the back seat.
