Device just doesn't work

I bought this device to have a backup charger for my office. That does not work. There's no indication that it's USB powered. Tried on several working sources. It's useless.

Doesn't work with multiple earphone cases

I had to buy a separate USB-C extender to make the charger work with my earphone case. The charging connector is not long enough. After I added the extension it works; although it does not charge quickly.

Does not work in accessories

No longer works on my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. It worked for two days, now it loads the watch for two seconds and stalls. I don't know if this is just my newer model or not, but if you have a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, don't waste your money.
