This is a great product that was used by Garmin on our UTV on some pretty rough roads. It stays in place regardless of the road. Has a multi-purpose GPS clip, cell phones, etc.

This product was used last weekend. I have an F150, it has a bumpy dashboard, the bracket sticks to the dashboard like glue. There are no problems with the clip, I recommend. worth your money.

I like it because I can take it and stick it outside the parking lot and there is nothing to indicate that the car has a GPS to lure thieves. Also, it's fully portable, so I can easily transport it from one car to another. It is VERY non-stick and stays on the dashboard without slipping. Highly recommended.

I bought it to use on my tom tom but the clip doesn't fit because the power plug on the tom is right in the middle of the bottom and the upper part of the yoke broke off. In the end I removed the spring from the clip and glued the GPS to the clip. Although I like the rattle attachment very much. it will not slip or fall off the dashboard. Stays on the dashboard, doesn't slip at all, not even with almost daily use. The clamp works fine. I bought it to hold 2 different phones (iPhone 5s and Galaxy) and 2 different GPS devices (Tomtom and Garmin). You may have to find the right place to attach it to your phone so it doesn't press any of the buttons on the side of the device, but that's not a problem. I like that it does NOT depend on suction cups. Rather, it has a nice locking mechanism that keeps the mounting post on the base. I'm so tired of suction cups that wear out or fall off with every change in outside temperature. The clamps have the right tension and hold my iPhone, TomTom and dashcam well. I love it so much I will be buying another one for my wife's van. I've seen where another review said it wasn't very stable, but I haven't had any stability issues. My dash cam video is stable.
