Great experience creating conversational bots

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, as well as having an integrated chatbot with all of their platforms (Facebook Messenger, Google Hangouts). Sometimes it's slow but they are working hard to improve this. They have some integrations in place for other providers like Salesforce which helps streamline reporting. If you're looking into getting started quickly and building out your own bot I'd definitely look at them! We were able to build our first bot within 48 hours using Chatlet. A

Very useful tool to automate your customer service

The chatbot is very helpful for our business as it can handle multiple chats at one time which makes life easier when handling large number of customers, also its easy integration with other tools like Zapier helps in automation. It's not so user-friendly if you're newbie or have no technical knowledge about how bots work but I think they are working hard towards making their product better every day! We use this bot mainly just for chatting purpose (for instance we send them messages)…
