The chatbot is very helpful for our business as it can handle multiple chats at one time which makes life easier when handling large number of customers, also its easy integration with other tools like Zapier helps in automation. It's not so user-friendly if you're newbie or have no technical knowledge about how bots work but I think they are working hard towards making their product better every day! We use this bot mainly just for chatting purpose (for instance we send them messages). Sometimes while doing some tasks such us creating an account etc., sometimes users get confused because there aren't any visual cues showing what button do next since all buttons look same except from "next". Also having too many options would be confusing especially considering majority still don't know anything about these things even though most people nowadays take advantage online services offered through social media platforms.
