Great experience, great tool made especially just perfect

The best thing about chemi was that it helped me create my own lab notebook template which I can easily customize with all of my favorite features! It also has an amazing customer support team who are super friendly & patient when answering any questions you have regarding their product! There's nothing i dislike really but there were some minor issues we had to fix while using this software such as having too much blank space or not being able to upload files sometimes (weird). This is a terrible product, their website is poorly designed and confusing.

This is another very bad product, their website is also badly designed, it looks amateurish. When you login it looks very messy and confusing. The interface for setting up accounts and uploading documents was horrible, you would spend hours trying to figure it out, before giving up and moving onto the next product. If you want to upload documents you have to log in with 2 different products, and if you use both you will end up with 2 accounts and therefore double charged. Their response times…

  • There were no cons on this list, it was all good, we didn't experience any problems with this one at all
Cons
  • Poor UI/UX - The site was confusing and unprofessional looking
  • Poor support - it took almost a month to get an issue fixed
  • After contacting them several times and being told that they could not do anything about it because they were "overdue" on payments, we stopped paying until they resolved the issue
