Review on Chemia by Jason Hutchinson

This is another very bad product, their website is also badly designed, it looks amateurish. When you login it looks very messy and confusing. The interface for setting up accounts and uploading documents was horrible, you would spend hours trying to figure it out, before giving up and moving onto the next product. If you want to upload documents you have to log in with 2 different products, and if you use both you will end up with 2 accounts and therefore double charged. Their response times were appalling, and it took us nearly 6 weeks to get a simple issue resolved. I did manage to contact them and ask for help with a problem I was having, and after 5 emails they still couldn't solve it. We finally gave up and moved onto a different product.
