No need to spend money on branded fasteners. They get the job done too. I've used about 30 out of 100 so far and haven't encountered any problems.

I used these to fasten 2x4's around a concrete utility room for a workbench, shelves and tool hangers. These screws worked great. I used maybe half the box and didn't break a single one. I followed the advice of others and used compressed air to blow out the drilled holes before inserting the screw and that seemed to help the screw seat better. The hex head made screwing in with an impact wrench very easy. Would definitely buy again.

It's also very handy that they come with a masonry drill bit so you can drill the perfect hole. The length is great so you can rest assured that whatever you put on is secure. This is a first class product. The price is great too. I went to the local hardware store and they were 50 cents each.
