As expected: knitting needles

circular knitting needles were well packaged and, if I remember correctly, received a little earlier than expected. And I got an add-on for the stitch holder (some reviewers said no). I am very happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Zero

Ideal for knitting hats!

I usually prefer short ends when knitting in a circle of smaller diameter things, but that's about all I could find. They did their job well - sharp tips, minimal knuckle friction so I could move the yarn easily, and the curved knuckles make them feel more comfortable in my hand (and prevent me from breaking them). Would definitely buy again.

Pros
  • Great choice
Cons
  • poorly thought out

The connection cable behaves so well!

I like to knit in the round, but sometimes I just pull the connecting wire(?). He just jumps around and seems to be misbehaving all the time. The red ChiaGoo connector (between the two ends of the needles) is amazingly strong, smooth and makes knitting in the round much easier, faster and always a pleasure. I love making socks...about 32 to 40 inches US size 1, 1.5 or 2...really makes me take my socks off with ease and smile from ear to ear.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Expensive

It's worth noting that the description says these needles have a bend at the cable connector but don't go in that direction. I originally ordered them on purpose because I like cables with a curve and was disappointed that despite the description that they fit, they didn't come that way. That being said, I did a little research and found that ChiaoGoo doesn't offer that option. on 9 inch needles. I prefer that, but the cable in these needles is very flexible without being too brittle and I…

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I was new to sock knitting, although I'm not new to knitting. I used to use DPN for sleeves but never for socks. I had trouble with short DPNs at such a thin gauge and almost gave up sock knitting because I kept dropping stitches off the ends of needles or trying to wrap my big arms around all that forest of dots. I began to climb onto the joints of the needles. Then someone suggested 9 inch round coils. I did a lot of research and people kept saying that ChiaoGoo is much better. You were…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
