I like that it has an easy to use interface with many features available such as reporting/accounting functions which are very helpful in keeping up records of your daycare business! The only thing i dislike about this program so far would be how difficult you have make changes or add new pages (forms). I like that you can have multiple users in one account so if your staff has to leave or go home early it doesn't matter because they are still logged into their computer/laptop. The time out feature allows me to keep track of who's working when and where. Also having an option to send emails directly from my phone makes things much easier! I like that it has an online portal where you can check in/out children without having to go into your office or drive around town looking at windows of other people's offices! The only thing about this program i dislike are some sections such as "Child Watch" which when clicked brings up another page with different information but no way back unless u close out completely (which closes all open tabs).
