Excellent! Chocolate doesn't burn! I bought it at short notice for an event. My microwave didn't work properly and it kept heating up my chocolate! This smelter is a bit small, but it gets the job done! I was afraid it would overheat my chocolate and make it unsuitable for dipping pretzels and strawberries, but luckily it does the job! Completely melted and you can dip!

It has a metal pot which I don't like that much. Wilton has high quality silicone so you can throw it in the freezer and then the chocolate will pop out for easy storage. There is a lot of scraping to do with a metal bowl like this and also a lot more mess and tidying up, personally I wasn't a fan but loved all the accessories that came with it!

I put it on high to melt it and lowered it to low to warm it up. The molds are plastic just like the ones you buy from Michael. They are slightly smaller. This is not Scandinavian quality bakeware, but watch the price. So it's definitely worth it and serves its purpose. It's small, so it won't work for a large dinner party or wedding.

for what i paid for it i rate it 5 stars perfect no very good yes I used a small chopper to chop two 4 ounce bars for baking of chocolate to cut, a little powder 1/8 to 1/4 pieces, put one of the tiles on it, it took 12 minutes to just melt but not pour, melted, put another tile inside where the pot almost is full, took 30 minutes total time from the first bar to temperature up to 110, which is good, no burning never went beyond the maximum.
