They work very well and "bright enough” (at maximum brightness) for use on our windows. The timer in each candle seems accurate enough to use the 'set it and forget it' feature. The candles are switched on each time with the settings (brightness, flicker or not) saved when setting them up. The instructions are very poor and even if you figure out how to fit the candlestick into the candlestick (which looks completely different from the attached photo) the details don't match. easily (or at all). They exceeded our expectations in color and flame realism. Their light color is very close to that of a miniature Christmas garland, and the sparkling effect is quite realistic. I read some other reviews where people weren't happy with the color. I don't know if the company changed the LED or if it's just a batch variant.
