I got my free faucet replacement head within a few days.I bought three of this faucets in the past 15 months for my own home and my rentals. Took my husband 15 minutes to install the faucet and he said this was the fastest and quickest faucet he has ever installed lol and he has installed three already in our new home. The old one we had was horrible, cheap and it took him a hour installing it. Love the new faucet gold color! I really like my new faucet! It looks sharp and works well for me. I had the handyman install the handle at the front, and I'm very glad that was an option because my brain does not like trying to remember front for hot, back for cold. It's hard enough just getting used to the new arrangement from the old style faucet with the handle on top that went up for on and down for off. Update: Customer service helped resolve my issues with the scuffed product. Overall this is a solid faucet.I want to give this more stars but unfortunately our faucet came with several scuffs on pretty much every piece. They’re small enough to overlook because I don’t feel like returning and waiting for a new one. The water pressure is great and the faucet works well. The handle feels very light but not a bad thing.

This faucet comes very neatly packaged and is very easy to install. It looks and works great! Unfortunately, I ran into a problem when installing it and had to contact customer service. They have the BEST customer service! Very quick to respond and go out of their way to solve the problem. Good follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Would definitely recommend this faucet!

So far, so good. Had a plumber install along with some other things. I had to have the handle put in front as I didn't have enough clearance to put the handle on the side. Looks good, works well, no leaks.

I paid a plumber to install this although I could see out of the box is was plug and play. My issue was that my under sink valves were frozen and my first handyman begged off. My installer said I was at risk to a disaster and I understood about broken interior shut offs. Anyway, my kitchen water pressure was a trickle before and no one could tell me if changing out the faucet would help. Sure it did but the 40 years of crud that accrued in the old under kitchen sink valves were a big culprit…

This company is crazy good. My faucet started leaking after 5 years. I emailed the company on a Tuesday night at 8 pm. To my surprise I received an answer in 10 minutes. They shipped a new cartridge the next day for free with the instructions on how to replace. It took 15 minutes to replace the cartridge. Problem solved. Customer service was the best ever. I will never own anything but an Arofa faucet.

After I put it to the test, this faucet left me disappointed. The only positive aspect of this product was its sleek design, but that's where the good ends. The pull-down sprayer was difficult to operate and didn't function properly. The stainless steel finish was prone to rust and smudging. Save your money and don't fall for the hype.

Love this faucet! Modern and easy to use and install. Because of the depth of our sink and countertop, we needed a longer shaft. Reached out to the company and within a couple of days, I had a longer shaft sent for free. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved my new faucet when we bought it a year ago. Beautiful matte gold color. But, after about 6 months I noticed the paint peeling and it just keeps getting worse. The sprayer button also gets stuck between the two modes. UPDATE - after my review the company emailed and sent me a free new replacement faucet head. I haven't had time to put it on yet but am very happy to know it comes with a 5 year warranty and they stand by that!
