It's ability to add fields easily without having to program your own custom code is one great benefit that I like best! I like that it has all my church's info in one place so we can quickly look up any needed numbers or documents without having to go through several different systems! It is very easy for people who are not tech-savvy (like myself) because there isn't much you need besides an internet connection & computer access/knowledge - everything else just works as expected!! I like that it has a lot of features for church management. It is easy to use and navigate. The interface is also very user friendly. There are times when you have to click around multiple pages to find what you need. This can be time consuming and sometimes not even available if your looking for something specific. I love that it allows me to keep track my church's finances in one place! It is extremely useful for keeping up with all our expenses so we can make sure everything comes out right at tax time each year!! It was very easy to set up so no learning curve for us. I appreciate that it automatically creates invoices with your accounting software as well. I think they might be losing some business by not having an easy way to create a report that allows you to track attendance and payments. I like that it is easy to use and allows for flexibility in scheduling events. It is great if you are looking to be able to do all your event planning in one place! The only thing I dislike about this software is not having the option to be able to schedule events and then have them automatically go through at a certain time.
