It's ability to add fields easily without having to program your own custom code is one great benefit that I like best! Being able to do everything in house was essential for us because our church had no IT department or support team whatsoever so it would have been costly if we'd needed external help/support when things went wrong (and they did!). That said - nothing really comes out as an issue except needing more features than CM does offer now which could be solved by upgrading their software but then you lose some capabilities with such upgrades. We're using this system primarily to keep track of member donations & services received through the congregation rather than anything super-specific about worship activities etc. Which isn't much at all since there are dedicated apps specifically designed for those uses already available from other providers though these can run within CMS itself too allowing even greater integration between systems. So far very happy overall considering how easy it has made collecting donation data and reporting statistics compared against budgeted amounts extremely simple. Tracking giving levels over time via donor profiles helps me see where my efforts need focusing most urgently too. Plus being able to generate PDFs & eNewsletters directly with ease makes communication across staff members easier which also benefits morale greatly :) The only downside is perhaps not enough flexibility built into CMS yet for tracking additional I like that we can keep track of everything and the system is easy to use. I think that it is quite expensive for a church to use. I am not sure that I like the fact that I can't put in my own data. I think that it is very helpful to be able to keep track of all of the information and for me to be able to track everything. I have used this system in the past and I have been very happy with it.
