We had to add a spacer because it wasn't long enough, but it was easy to attach. This is a good mount and will certainly work without spacers in most cases.

They fit very well for installation. It seems to hold the weight of a 40kg fan well. The little magnet on the back of the box is very nice. I will buy them again for the next installation.

I used two of these to hang a billiard lamp from the ceiling where both drawers should have been between the ceiling joists. This product allows me to hang a light fixture without adding wooden blocks to the ceiling. Highly recommended

It was handy. I've used two of these. You can do it from the room and avoid the attic, although I climbed the first one and it's a bit easier. But there is a problem! Beware! It says 24 inches down the center and I was a few inches under. At least two. But with such a length, with an extension, it was weak and unreliable.
