🍪 Circulon Nonstick Bakeware Set: 2-Piece Gray Nonstick Cookie Sheet/Baking Sheet Combo Review

I was so excited to receive the 11x17 baking sheet that you can imagine my disappointment when it didn't fit in my oven! I bought this to replace an old and not very worn 11x17 that fits well - actual dimensions on the sheet are 19.5 wide due to the grips. - My oven is a maximum of 19 wide! The pan is sturdy and the price was great so I cut off some of the handles instead of returning the product.

Although the pans didn't reach the specified maximum temperature, I have to say that, as with almost every non-stick pan, the real non-stick property decreases. There is also a problem with pan stains that cannot be removed by cleaning. Unfortunately I thought this product would be different but for now it's just a piece of metal that needs to be covered with foil when I need it in the oven.

Also, baking sheets stain almost everything and small ridges don't rub off easily. They also begin to deform after prolonged use. Here's a handy tip: if you get stuck with this utensil, place some aluminum foil on top of the sheet so you have a clean surface to rest on and cleanup will be easier. These baking sheets have never been washed in the dishwasher. We only used plastic tools and non-abrasive cleaning products.

I measured the inside of my small oven (what can I say, I have an international kitchen) and was pleased to find a 10" x 15" sheet pan that would fit. Too bad it's 10 x 15 inside but the actual dimensions are 11 x 18 which is a big difference and although I added a bit more length and the handles added a whopping 3 inches that's not really true. fit. So it's useless. Hence one star and if you buy by size. BEWARE.

I love the non-stick surface of this pan. Products just slide off. Cleaning is easy. The only problem is that the pan deforms when heated to a certain temperature. This curvature is not soft either. It clicks and spins in the oven. I always know when it's happening because it's so loud I can even hear it from across the house. Sounds like an explosion in an oven.
