Finally giving up (intermittent mouse and keyboard disconnects cause issues)

UPDATE 02/16/2021: I'm finally giving up using this KVM switch. Despite following the manufacturer's recommendations, I still experience momentary mouse/keyboard disconnects resulting in loss of mouse control, key skipping, "sticky" keys, etc. Working with them is just too annoying. I honestly tried. I appreciate the tech support, but the device is still unusable. UPDATE 01/12/2021: I would like to thank CKLau for the great customer support. Port A lasted 5 minutes

UPDATE: Replacement arrived in 2 days (thanks AMAZON!) and works great. This is exactly the product I was looking for and [now] it exceeds my expectations. The luck of the draw is that the first one I got was bad. I'm delighted now - so happy I'm upgrading from 1 to 4 stars! I was so excited to find this.
