Neutralize Brassy Tones with Clairol Professional Shimmer Lights Shampoo: Get Refreshing Blonde Hair Results! Review

I bought a trial pack of shampoo and conditioner thinking it would have the same formula as the conditioner that used to come with the Clairol Frost 'n Tip. No, that is not so! I can't even explain the texture of the formula other than to say it feels watery? I couldn't see any tone adjustments in my highlights and the conditioner didn't do anything to "condition" or detangle my hair.

This is the second brand of purple shampoo I've tried. I chose Clairol because I had conditioner from the same manufacturer. The Clairol shampoo turned out to be the same as the others I've used. It was very dark purple, thick, and had a "pearlescent" luster to it. Also a pleasant smell. The conditioner is like nothing I have ever seen or used before. To be honest I didn't like this product. I've had the minis so don't expect a huge difference but they dried out my hair so I had to use a good conditioner so I used a lot of product to soften my hair back up. Didn't help my bleached hair at all. Again, one sample size is probably not enough to make a difference.
