Description of Classic Flying Onithopter 79000 Tedco

Timmy Bird is an Ornithopter, a mechanical device that flies by flapping its wings. TIM Classic is sure to delight kids of all ages with his durable, tear-proof wings that allow him to soar up to 50 yards indoors or outside on a mild day. A rubber band is used to power the precision gear components that allow TIM to flap his own wings and soar. A great way to learn the mechanics of flight!. There’s no better quality than the original TIM Classic! Age 5+.

Nice but overpriced! Wouldn't recommend it.

Nice but a bit expensive for a cheap piece of plastic. Bought for our cats. Our big dog is more interested. Sorry, but really not recommended. This is very fragile for any person.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Just fun! Best Aircraft Kits

My wife and I bought one of these in France many years ago and have had a lot of fun with it. We bought these for our grandchildren. They love it! This isn't the most durable toy in the world, but if you take care of it, it will last.

Pros
  • Hard Wearing Finish
Cons
  • Compatibility

They don't fly they cost shit

I should have bought one of these and tried it first but instead I bought enough for all my grandchildren. SOMEBODY made this thing fly. Mine dives its nose straight to the ground where it flaps its wings until it falls. What a sad toy.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • Can't remember

Already broken out of the box

What a piece of rubbish! I have owned many specimens of this toy over the years so I know what to expect. This toy arrived broken; The moment you finish coiling and releasing, the whole thing will uncoil without flapping your wings. save your money

Pros
  • Nice box
Cons
  • Sometimes there are problems

boo Poorly made. That does not work.

The bird did not work right out of the box. It should have a notch so you can wind the elastic and then release it. The incision was ineffective and the handle hit my nail about 25 times, oops! Only then did he work as a glider. I would buy the larger version. In comparison, it worked quite well.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.

Amazingly cool! - Airplane kits

It flies and levitates much better than clockwork wooden airplanes. yes it is sensitive So handle with care. It's best for an adult to turn it on and the kids just run after them to get it back. Teach the kids to hold it by the body, not the wings. Don't play with him near the house because my heroic neighbor had to lift him off the roof for us.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • something different

Poor quality, good for flying toys

As a kid I enjoyed playing with ornithopters so I bought this for my son and hoped he would like it as much. Unfortunately, the quality of this product suffers greatly. The case is made of wafer-thin plastic, the wings are extremely delicate and the winding mechanism is fragile. After a couple of successful flights, the son just grabbed him by the wing and the tip broke off the fragile plastic leading edge. After trying to glue it together we managed to get it flying again for a short time…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear
