Frustrating is to say the least. Got my 10ft hose today. Fully stretched, it's just under 6 feet. I bought this hose on purpose because of its length and it was VERY shorted! Can I get my other 4 foot hose? Come on guys!

It doesn't work which is a plus in my application. The walls are thick and can withstand strong suction. Ideal for CNC dust extraction. Luckily we have a Peachtree joinery shop in town that is a pleasure to work with and happy to support.

Works well with my dust collection system where both ends are protected. This is probably not the best option for a vacuum cleaner hose as the suction power tends to compress the coils making the hose shorter. However, this hose was designed to collect dust and works well for that purpose.

I bought this for my router table guard. I have a collection under the table and a Y fitting for the fence. It was the perfect application for this hose. High quality and great price. I cut off about 3.5 feet for the router table and will use the rest on the CNC router.

The hose appears to be a quality product. The vinyl is strong and the coiled wire is strong enough that the hose will not collapse under vacuum. Standard 1 1/4" vacuum cleaner fittings fit fine. The wire is quite thick so I used 2 wire clamps instead of standard hose clamps.

I have just received this product. I didn't think I got the right item when I saw the box. But no. It fit well and really stretched when I took it out. Exactly the size I was looking for. I like that it's light and very flexible. Haven't used it yet but can't wait.

Looks high quality and reliable. It's beautiful and flexible. However, it states that it will not collapse under the pressure of a vacuum. I was expecting this to mean it wasn't a "stretchy" hose that can stretch from 2ft to 10ft (the Rockler version that does have many complaints about being under vacuum pressure shrinks back to 2 feet). FYI I have a fully stocked shop and have been making furniture for over 50 years. This hose is best suited for light duty. At first it is not clear - the plastic is dark gray smoky; secondly, the thickness of the plastic wall cannot be compared with average hoses; and the hardness of the plastic is soft and elastic, not durable. Revane requested a rating for "Durability" and "Cutting Strength." Can't rate durability without having it in store for over a week; and the hoses have no suction (that
