Beautiful shape, real wood. In terms of function, it meets my requirements. Easily fills a space. The reception is also quite good in the closed building complex. I have a buck converter that can work in a 220-240V country.

This radio may be one of the finest retro radios on the market. Heavy but a bit compact. The finish is perfect, the glue doesn't seep through the seams and then is painted over to hide the glue. Attention to detail with wood grain cutouts on the front and both sides. Easy-to-use rotary controls. The box it comes in is a color photo of the radio and would make a great gift. 5 Stars. Definitely recommended.

Cannot be seen very well in the photo because the speakers are on the sides and not at the front behind the bars. For real? Almost all table radios have front-facing speakers. If that doesn't bother you, I think you're fine. This does not work for me. I don't want the overall sound to be in the room, I want the sound to be directed at me where I'm hearing it. I love the look of this radio and it fits perfectly into our home. The fit and finish quality is very good and it looks like a real radio from the 1930's.
