Good shoes for beginners. Don't expect to get more than 6 months from them. I bought 2 pairs and both had what appeared to be dry rot on the rubber. They just started popping all over the place. A good shoe if you are just learning to climb and are unsure if you will continue or not. If you're feeling confident, pay the extra money and buy a nice pair of shoes to replace when the time comes.

I used to climb regularly but took a break from college for about ten years. Just got back to this but wanted cheap shoes to get moving again. I am very impressed with this shoe for the price.
