Clover Go Contactless Reader Merchant Review

The product description showed that a docking station came with the product but when it arrived the docking station wasn't there. Sent an inquiry about it and they said the advert was not printed and should not be included. Difficult to set up and use. I come back. I would rather use Square and their contactless device.

I received one when setting up my account. worked 3 months. 30 day guarantee, that should tell you something. Most of my customer service experiences have been terrible. I called today and was put on hold for 37 minutes before speaking to a customer service representative.

We used to have an old Clover Go that always had problems. This worked right away and we had no problems with it. Our museum has many outlets outside of the office and we can just scan our barcodes, put in cash, credit or checks and they go straight to the Clover station in the museum. You don't have to keep track of sales. Works perfectly, easy to use, just a wonderful device. Highly recommended.

I'm starting to feel like we made a mistake with this company! Their customer service is simply the worst in the world! It's only been a week and I've called several times.
