Great support and ease setting new members into their program

I love how easy it was to set up an automated membership with this software! The customer service by phone or email can be sometimes very slow but they did help me get everything figured out so that my website has been working great since we went live!! It will take time figuring things all in at once - you have many options within each function (ie join/update member) which makes sense when trying figure what works best together etc.. Once your account gets setup correctly then its not as…

Pros
  • Easy process from start too finish..even though i had no experience before hand just simply followed instruction guides step after next..no need really any prior knowledge required whatsoever lol.i'm actually pretty smart myself : )..but learning curves here
