Faulty Fluid Hose, Poor Quality

Based on my observations, this hydraulic release`s fluid hose burst after only a few weeks of use. The installation process was also quite complicated. However, the performance may have been satisfactory if it wasn't for the terrible quality of the materials..

Ram does not provide phone support, just submitting a form.

I couldn't get that bleed. days spent doing it. Tried to contact Ram to no avail. Finally I took it off, took it apart to make sure the o-rings were ok and put it back together. Reinstalled and downloaded again. Very hard blade. Drained the fluid without pumping for a few pedal strokes. Now it works.
