Coach Accountable Is Great for Call Tracking and Communications

The ability to customize my dashboard so that I can see all of our calls in one place, as well has being able tp drill down into each call or contact individually is very helpful! It's not always easy keeping up with everything we need from this tool but overall it makes managing communications much easier than other tools out there (evernote included!) This would be great if they added more integrations like Salesforce CRM/Leads etc.. Also having some features disabled by default could make…

CoachAccountable Phone Support Is Great For Getting Quick Help

I like that it has some great features such as inbound call recording, being able to send out texts via SMS or email etc at scheduled times without having an app open all day long! It's not so easy when you are new to using this type of software because there is no user guide/manual which makes learning how everything works difficult if your first time with coachaccountablie phone support isn't available immediately after purchase - although they do have 24 hour help desk but sometimes even…

Best Customer Support Platform Out there

- Easy to use- Great customer service- Great price- Good support- Great platform to use- It was easy to integrate with our other tools. Everything you need under 1 roof!!!

I like that it allows me to have my team members in one place, so they can see what we are doing as well! It is very user friendly too which makes working with this program easy!! The only thing i dislike about coach accountable now compared from when first started using was there were not many features or options available at all but since then its improved greatly. We love how much easier everything has become just because of coaching accounts being able make changes quicker than ever…
