Best Customer Support Platform Out there
- Easy to use- Great customer service- Great price- Good support- Great platform to use- It was easy to integrate with our other tools. We had some issues with the customer service, but they were able to resolve our issues very quickly.- There are some features we would like to see in the future, but I think that is a good thing because it means they are listening to their customers. I would highly recommend CoachAccountable to anyone looking for a great customer support service. We needed to be able to keep track of our call center activities, and CoachAccountable was a great solution. I am also able to use the platform to manage our email communications.
Pros
- You can make all types or reports (like emails sent / received etc) from various channels such as web chat , phone calls.You get quick resolution when there's any issue at client end too !!!It helps me report my sales force easily now instead doing manually!!! The team does amazing work & have exceptional response time which makes us love using coachaccountary more! :):)
