I love this product. It was very easy to use, just use soapy water to stick the sticker and position it the way you want and smooth out the bubbles. I'm sensitive to light, as soon as the morning sun comes up at 6am it wakes me up, so it made a big difference, no light came through at all. The only thing I didn't pay attention to was the size of the roll. I wish it was wider (at least the standard window width) and I wish the reel was a little bigger, but it was worth it.

The name "Blackout" is true. I should have read this carefully, I was expecting it to be more like window tinting, like the way you tint your car windows, I thought I could see out my window. To be honest, I don't know how this product got the bad reviews. Yes, the back is a bit difficult to remove. I took a pair of sharp scissors, opened them up and carefully placed them against the corner and I was able to separate the spine easily. I also bought an application kit. I was able to remove all the bubbles and simplify the whole process. I work the night shift and my room is so dark right now. Love it!
