Nice product in my review

We like it. My husband said less water was better than whole lot. Just be careful in cutting, for some reason, mine came up short, so better to make it longer than u need. You can always cut but can't add it back. Nice product, I would purchase it again.

Pros
  • It reduces the risk of bird strikes on windows, creating a safer environment for feathered friends
Cons
  • May be too thick or heavy for some windows to support

Eh. darker. not perfect but eh

Cut it larger than you need and trim later.otherwise you are screwed (cutting tiny pieces to fill in) also. sucks to cut around the openers of windows #impossible

Pros
  • At 35.6 X 118 inches, it's the perfect size for larger windows
Cons
  • Not recommended for use on south-facing windows

So Far So Good in my review

Pros: Two-sided color is satisfactory to outside appearance. Darkens the room better than any darkening curtains I've tried. Easy to apply, readjust, and apply again.Cons: No way to prevent all air bubbles. Cannot perfectly seal light around the edges.Suggestion: For complete darkness, apply black duct tape around the edges.

Pros
  • The film can also be used to create a more pleasant environment for fish and other aquatic pets
Cons
  • May interfere with car or traffic lights

It works on blocking out the sun

Over all this works great at blocking out the sun. It's just a little more difficult to cut and put on than I thought. It adheres to window great but hard to get cut precisely to fit window to completely block out the sun. I covered up 6 window panes and still sun coming in from the edges. But I would definitely recommend!

Pros
  • This window film is a cost-effective alternative to replacing existing windows with blackout ones
Cons
  • May cause damage to window sills or frames

Dark, zero visibility.

Very easy to cut and put on the window. Use a lot of water on the window before installing the film. Zero visibility through the film and zero light comes through.

Pros
  • The static cling technology also makes it easy to reposition if needed
Cons
  • The film may chip or scratch if exposed to sharp objects

We love this! in my review

I purchased this for a couple of small windows in 2 bedrooms. they use to bring in so much sunlight and I needed something to cover them up - These blackouts are amazing! They really do block out the sunlight. The windows don't feel hot either which is nice. I covered 3 windows in my sons' room and 2 windows in my Mother's room. They both seem much happier not having all that light showing through in their bedrooms.

Pros
  • The film can be cleaned with a gentle cleanser and soft cloth for long-lasting results
Cons
  • The static cling may stick to clothing or furniture

Great for creating a custom size

These served my purpose perfect. I needed to cover a window that had my portable air conditioning unit venting out side. I was unable to close the blinds due to the hose from the air conditioner. I was able to cut and stick on to my required size. Easy of use was simple.

Pros
  • Window Films
Cons
  • May require multiple layers for complete blackout

Works well: my feedback

We bought this for our small camper. It was easy to install and definitely blocks out the sunlight. After install it does bubble a little and isn't super attractive from the outside but it works great.

Pros
  • It offers privacy, keeping your home or office secure from unwanted onlookers
Cons
  • The film may bubble when exposed to water or humidity

perfect for nursery

Bought these for my daughters nursery since during the summer time it is still light outside until 8:30 and my daughter goes down for bed around 7:30/8. We needed something easy to install since we already had curtains up and I couldn't do blackout curtains as well. These window clings were easy to install and cut out all the light! now my daughter is sleeping soundly for 12 hours with no light :)

Pros
  • The static cling material helps avoid air bubbles during application
Cons
  • May not provide sufficient privacy during nighttime hours

Product works great.

Totally love the product. I bought this because I wanted to get rid of my paper shades but still wanted a black out window. I can finally open my windows without having to deal with my paper shades and close intact night. This product really does block out the sun and do recommend it. Please measure your windows beforehand. I was too lazy but I did have enough film to cut it the way I needed to fit my window.

Pros
  • It also helps reduce noise pollution by absorbing sound waves
Cons
  • Cannot be used on windows with protruding handles or hardware

Great Blackout product

This product is great to apply to a window to block annoying outside street lights. It is easy to remove and re-apply as needed. Its a little difficult to start peeling off the backing the first time, but with good fingernails, it was easy.

Pros
  • The film can help reduce glare on computer or TV screens, making it easier to see
Cons
  • Reduces the natural sunlight in the room

solved the problem on my review.

We have a long window over our bed that faces the neighbor's house and their security lights. Even with blinds, our room was lit up. Curtains didn't make sense because of the shape of the window. This product is amazing. Measuring and putting the product up on the window ended up being a 3 person job, but it 100% blocks the light. I love it.

Pros
  • The frosted black design adds an elegant touch that's not too heavy-handed
Cons
  • The film may shrink or expand over time, causing an uneven appearance

Better than others, full blackout

The picture I shared is off my very large bedroom windows. I suffer from chronic migraines and have these giant windows that burn with morning sun like something in a cartoon. Great if you rise with the sun, agony of you have migraines. I put blackout film on the top and tried to leave the lower half for my cats but it's just too bright, so I bought this blackout film to cover the bottom too. The difference is in the picture. The top you can still see the window and some light, the bottom (this

Perfect for My Daughter’s Nursery

We bought these after my daughter "discovered” blinds. LOL! They went up for safety and we used this product to make her room nice and dark. She sleeps so well! Great product!

Pros
  • 1.8 pounds
Cons
  • Can be difficult to align when applying to the window

This is a great product that does a very good job blocking out the light when you can’t install blackout curtains. It definitely takes two people to set up and cutting the film to ensure it’s the right length takes some precision work. The customer service is great and they are very responsive to any issues that you may have. Contacted them and within a week got everything sorted out + shipped, very impressed. Would purchase again.

Pros
  • It reduces the amount of UV rays that enter a room, protecting furniture and fabrics from fading
Cons
  • May cause overheating in the room during summer months
