Description of Cobra Carbide 35583 Length Degrees

Solid carbide tools offer long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, but are more brittle and must be used with rigid toolholding systems. Titanium aluminum nitride coatings become self-lubricating when used at very high speeds, making them ideal for cutting without coolant ("dry machining"). Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. When run in a counterclockwise direction (right-hand cut) spiral fluted tools evacuate chips up and out of the cut to reduce clogging. Excellent results in hardening and gummy materials.

Exceptional cutting experience

After trying this innovative industrial drill bit, I was thoroughly impressed with its cutting power and precision. It definitely exceeded my expectations when it came to boring holes into tough materials like metal and wood. The industrial and scientific design of this bit makes it STAND out from other standard bits on the market. It's durable, long-lasting and can handle even the toughest jobs... My only concern is that it`s a bit pricier than other drill bits I've seen but the exceptional…

Pros
  • Exceptional cutting power and precision, durable and long-lasting design.
Cons
  • The higher price point compared to other drill bits.

Will Drill When Nothing Else Works

I was trying to make a simple repair to a stainless steel table frame that required four holes to be drilled. I've tried drill bits for stainless steel that haven't touched that metal. . It still took a bit of time but allowed me to drill holes in a few minutes.

Pros
  • Power Tool Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • So far so good
