Very frustrating when items don't arrive as shown. Comes with a Celsius vs. Fahrenheit thermometer. I chose the pan based on what I prefer, which is what we use in the US (F). Complete disappointment and a waste of time after much research. Will return!

Cute little teapot…. Thin and light but does the job wonderfully.... It works on my induction stovetop but seems to be taking longer to cook (4mins 30s at max power) than my other pots and definitely makes my induction stovetop buzz a lot more than usual.... The bottom isn't entirely flat so I'm wondering if that's the reason, but since it works and was on the cheaper side of the kettles available I'll check it out…. :)

We bought this little kettle after visiting friends who have the same one. I love the control the gooseneck offers and know when the water temperature is best for pouring. The gooseneck also ensures that if you fill the kettle all the way up and then aren't careful, the kettle will go over the top of the thermometer range and water will spill onto the hob! But that doesn't bother me, because I still have to be close by so that the water is at the right temperature.

Using a flexible neck kettle in the manual brewing process makes it easier and much more accurate. I should have bought it a long time ago but I've stayed true to my old traditional teapot which thankfully broke a month ago. The book that comes with the Stricoza Gooseneck Kettle is such a rich source of information. I never thought I could learn so much about coffee and how to make it. I love it!
