At first the name of this teapot amused me. If you've never seen one, this long, narrow teapot neck actually resembles the neck of a real goose. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I love tea. I live in Colorado at high altitude and brewing the right cup of tea is often difficult due to water's lower boiling point (202 F). Thinner, more delicate teas like green and white tea benefit greatly from precise water temperature. I have researched and even owned many kettles and this one far exceeds my expectations. My tea making skills have greatly improved since I bought and tried the Stricoza kettle on a gooseneck. The neck is long and slender, allowing for precise pouring into small cups. The handle lies comfortably in the hand. The size is just right, not too heavy, stylish yet functional. I would say multifunctional as I also brew coffee in it when I have company! Highly recommended!
