If it doesn't get your attention, it won't. I hooked it up to an engine high temp sensor and installed it on the dashboard of my all aluminum watercraft, the vibration is louder than a V8 and jet pump combined.

Although this is easy to install its lifespan has been exactly 9 months since I just replaced it as the light doesn't go out when the oil pressure reaches pressure. The buzzer stopped as it should, not sure I'll follow up on the warranty as it's pretty cheap.

Purchased to use as an indicator when the dump truck bed is up. It was easy to install and works great. I wish I knew it would be that loud, it's a bit annoying. but rest assured, no one will ride the road with their body raised!

Perfect replacement for my old one in marine applications. Necessary device. It should buzz and light up when power is applied to the ignition. If not, you could burn out the motor. Note on the main gear: I bought a second one to mount in a more visible spot and away from the engine so I can better hear the alarm over engine noise and see the light from a much wider area. Cheap insurance.
