Nice strong handles but too big for the toothbrush holder in my apartment. Not a single bristle loss for a year. I used this brush to brush my teeth once and it felt like I was brushing my teeth with metal. The hardness specification "medium" is definitely not correct. The bristles themselves do not bend. I do not recommend medium toothbrushes. I read in a review that soft toothbrushes are a bit stiffer than regular soft toothbrushes.
