I really liked the style and drawings. Colorit affects the drawing quality of each page on thick cardstock. In addition, the book can be opened at the top with a spiral binding, which makes coloring easier for both right-handed and left-handed people.

I bought this for my mum and she loved it. I can buy one. I've bought 5 or 6 coloring books from this company and I love the spiral top that makes coloring so much easier and the texture and thickness of each image that doesn't bleed through to the next page.

This book is a huge improvement over other Colorit books illustrated by their new artists! The fashion theme is new, there are less thick dark lines, and most of the drawings are more realistic. I'll be happy to color most of the pages! However, this can be improved by adding "nails" on the hands and making the images the same size as some of the "portraits" are too small.

I have several of these books. I bought all but two before Revain started selling them and they were a little cheaper. They are not transparent at all. They are thick and only printed on one side. I haven't had mine in a very long time so I just colored a few pages. These are great books and work with pencils and gel pens or whatever you choose to use. I haven't created any of my own, but you can certainly make it your choice.

I didn't draw this book myself but my mum 90+ draws a lot for adults - she loved it! I think part of her joy was that she's been a seamstress for most of her life, and the fashions in the book cover a wide spectrum of men's and women's fashion over the decades. The quality of the book is excellent, not too "professional" and the size of the lines/blocks gives the colourer enough freedom to express their own color transitions and shadows. I love this colorit coloring book! I have almost all of them and this is one of my favorites. It has many eras and centuries-old outfits. Everything from Egyptian to prom. If you are interested in fashion, be it men or women, you will fall in love with this book! This book is wonderful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it has some new styles (ie very modern or current fashions). I'm not enthusiastic and don't want to paint clothes from the last 50 years. Fashion that is ALREADY old is beautiful and well drawn. I'd love to see more books, but break them down as there are certainly people who aren't into Victorian or Colonial fashion. I'd love to see books from the 40's, 20's, colonial era, etc. That being said, it is a great book…
