My granddaughters (ages 6 and 8) love doing so many fun things with this clay. It dries quickly (overnight unless they're doing something REALLY big). The color got onto my tablecloth but was only washed off with detergent. I will buy this again.

Looks like funny clay, smells like Gak in case anyone remembers this product from the 90's and looks like marshmallow slime. It's great for kids, but I expected that. Looking at the product here, one cannot expect more. This is a toy and not intended for serious use. Sure you could make some cute things, but don't expect to actually be able to sculpt. Details aren't rendered well and wrinkles can't be smoothed out, but for what it is and is, it should be great and a lot of fun.

I like that each color comes in a separate jar that can be closed when not in use. But the worst thing that really let me down was that some of the colors turned out to be dry and unusable. My daughter was so thrilled that I ordered this item for her crafts but was disappointed when I saw that some of the paints were too dry to use. Update: The company replied to me and partially refunded my money. It was good working with them. Most colors have good texture/softness. But 4 colors were so hard that they could not be used (white, light pink, medium pink, mustard yellow). They practically broke when I tried to knead them. And so far at least one has been so soft (red) that it didn't retain its shape after 2 minutes of inactivity. I had to constantly change shape and even use plastic knives to hold it. It was still spreading.

update! First 3 stars, now 5! After my verification, the seller contacted me and asked if I would like a refund or a replacement. Although some of them dried up, my kid liked this clay and I decided to replace it. Arrived quickly and this time in different packaging. Instead of small plastic containers, they are in small sealed bags and with separate packaging in reusable bags. So I bought this clay for my 3 year old who loves clay. The ONLY reason I bought this product/clay is because it claims it won't dry out if left on (accidentally).
