The coat is perfect for autumn rains due to the extra layer of warmth inside. I bought this in a very small size for my 4.5 year old who wears a size 5 shirt and it was too big. I saved it to grow into, I just rolled up my sleeves.

I bought this jacket for my 4 year old who is going on a trip to Colorado soon. I just wanted something light and not too hot. It is wonderful! This particular jacket was $50 on their website and I bought it on ebay for $22 :) I ordered it in size XXS and it's perfect!

This raincoat is good for rainy days or everyday wear. It is right to wait and gentle. I just wish the zipper and hood were more red, they were a bit more orange, but that's ok. True to size my grandson wears a size 8 and I got the little one and it fits him great with space.

Bought this size medium for my 7 year old grandson. He wears a size 8 but they are just starting to fit a little. Size 10 clothes are now too big. It's between sizes. The description says half of the jacket is lined with fleece. This "fleece" lining is EXTREMELY thin and does not add weight or warmth to the jacket. This is an absolutely lightweight rain jacket that offers zero warmth. Otherwise good fit and nice look.

Great jacket. There is a light fleece lining that I didn't catch. Life in the Pacific Northwest is extremely rain resistant.

We ordered it a little larger so other things could fit underneath this winter. He usually wears 2T and we ordered 3T to get extra clothes. It has good lining.

My son wears a 6/7, I bought 8, hopefully another year or two to wear! I also bought my 3 year old the same size 4 jacket and both are great!

Good material and fit. As this is a children's raincoat, it would be ideal if it had high visibility reflective material.

My 6 year old loves this jacket. I agree with other reviews that it would be nice if the fleece lining covered the entire inside of the jacket, but I like that it's thin and windbreaker-like. My son doesn't like wearing jackets all day to school so this jacket allows him to wear a sweatshirt underneath and keep it in his backpack when not in use.

This waterproof Columbia jacket is not fully lined with fleece. There is very little on the fleece lining as shown in the photos. Also, only half of the cuffs are elastic. Columbia has done a really bad job of phasing out materials. I cannot recommend this jacket due to the poor quality.

The jacket is very well made at a great price! It's very light and water resistant (I've only tried it under a sink faucet, not sure how it will hold up outdoors for long periods of time). Bought this coat for a family trip to Alaska and was not disappointed. Our son is very active and the Columbia coat is suitable for an 8 year old. The coat is warm, fits well and keeps you warm even in cold rain. Like shopping!

The coat is a good coat of medium warmth. It has a fleece lining to keep the kids warm. The hood has a velcro closure so you can adjust the size of the hood. I ordered a size up so my child could wear it longer and it wasn't as big as I thought it would be.

Got xx small for my son, it was too big. I left it for my 5 year old daughter. She is tall and slim. I originally ordered a size small and it turned out to be too big.
