I've been trying to track down a smelly leak in a commercial assortment for two years. Numerous soap spray bottles gave nothing away. The kitchen was left untidy and smelled of propane/H2S. Bought for a final leak test when installing a new gas line in the attic. Put the detector in a place with clean air, press the ON button for 3 seconds. It then performs a calibration, which takes about a minute, and starts displaying the level in high sensitivity mode. High sensitivity mode is very sensitive.
