Update 10/11/17: I've decided to have a second fill although I don't really trust the product. In the evening, as I sat at my desk, I saw plumes of smoke coming out of the diffuser. When I turned it off, the diffuser felt very hot. This product is dangerous. Original rating; Is it expensive. It didn't stop my cats from fighting. I paired it with a smelly cat collar. Vain. I can say with confidence that everything works, but problems with replaceable diffusers. I just pulled out the second one I had because it was getting hot and melting too, it smelled like burnt plastic. nope Must go. So I bought an essential oil diffuser and poured Feliway oil into it.
