Got this because our cat was restless all night, meowing and scratching the walls instead of a scratching post or a cardboard scratching post. This product did not calm him down. He's still meowing all night and we're definitely going to lose our bail because of all those scratches. He also has severe separation anxiety as neighbors have complained that he meows when we're gone. Nothing has changed, more than a week has passed.

Plugged in but didn't tell my husband about it. After 24 hours he noticed that the cat (we adopted a 6 year old) looked very different. She didn't scratch the carpet and furniture, and didn't hide under the sofa. BUT when I bought it, I noticed that it was slowly dripping onto the cat's feeding mat. The heat caused blisters to form on the rubber mat. That would not be good for my wooden floor. I turned it off and hope it stays just as good.

So far I am satisfied with the product but I did not receive the 2 refills that should have been in the box. I don't know what to do to get an extra cartridge as I don't want to return the item as I need it and I'm already using the 1 cartridge that came in the box. I would like to get the 2nd cartridge. I couldn't find anywhere on the Revain website to request an additional cartridge - just a replacement request, but would I have to agree to return the existing one? Many Thanks

Great value for choice. However, it increased my pet's anxiety and nervousness to levels I had never seen in the six years I've had it.
