First of all the rack is of good quality but the screws, locknuts and tools required to assemble the rack and the delicate patience required to avoid losing a few during the installation process Breaking joints is just something . Update: I downgraded my rating from 4 to 3 stars because I found my rack does not clip smoothly into this rack. The bolt that secures the stand and its support leg protrudes so far that the basket cannot securely attach the two hooks to the stand tube. To get a smooth section of tubing to attach my tote bag to, I had to add 4 clamps and 8" long 1/4" diameter stainless steel tubing.
