I like that the team's products don't damage my walls. The only criticism I have of this product is that the top of the plastic is visible over the picture once hung unless your wire is at least halfway done with your frame. I hung an 11x14 frame that has the wire on about 1/3 the back of the frame and shows almost an inch of suspension. It's not attractive so I'll have to find another option, but the product is good, just make sure it's completely covered by what you're hanging.

Bought for a poster frame I received a few days ago. I don't trust this, but it seems to be working. The little groove that the wire sits in is WAY too small. It barely slips in, and I don't think it won't slip out at some point. I could take a file and grind it so it actually sits in the groove, not just over it.
