I've used several Command products (hangers and hooks) and hung things of different weights (not heavy) --- and things fall off the wall around the 8th - or 9 month mark. I wish this worked better. Luckily there was only minor damage to what fell off the wall (four different items in my case now). Everything renewed on a nail.

Love love love it! Use these hanging straps to hang all the pictures in our house. We have our own house but we like to remodel a lot and we don't like patching or painting over nail holes. The release paper is very difficult to remove, I've had objects fall off the wall, the Velcro seems fake and not that secure - I just can't believe this is the real McCoy. We've been using 3M Command Strips for YEARS! We have used them to hang 16x20 canvases in our family room as well as sports memorabilia and Broadway show posters and memorabilia. The quality has gone down tremendously in the last year! You should NOT be trusted. Four framed items fell off a few months after hanging. I am a big fan of 3M Command products and use their picture hangers where nailing or drilling is not recommended. They were perfect for installing three long under cabinet lights above the kitchen counter and recent use was installing small pixie shelves above the curtains in the living room.
