It’s a great faucet

Replaced a 15 year old pot filler. Very impressed with the faucet. Glides nicely and was easy to install.It is heavy and solid. Worth purchasing!

Product functions as expected and is a good value for the price.

I used the product during a do it yourself kitchen remodel. The product was featured in a YouTube video of the proper installation of a pot filler. Good value for the money but it is a good thing I watched the video because installation instructions are non existent. The product is very sturdy and works as expected.

2 weeks in - So far so good

Contractor installed The pot filler a few weeks ago. I’ve used the water a few times with no issues . So far so good. I’ll check back in a few months 👍🏼

Definitely, highly recommended for the price, look, installation. No need to buy the expensive over the top pot filler.We shopped for several weeks and did our homework!Happy with the customer service, they were very responsive on the warranty.

Great for the Price

Very heavy well built. Finish is nice, does not come with a 1/2" pipe nipple. Was not an issue as had several laying around.

Loved it UNTIL. on my review.

I absolutely loved this pot filler--the color, the weight, the size- the function--everything until I came in one day and it was spewing water everywhere from the hinge joint. This is part of the manufacturer assembly section of the item and not a part of the installation whatsoever. It appears the O-ring either was not seated correctly during assembly-or had worked its way out of the area where it needed to be seated. It is visible and should not be at all to the user.

Failed after less than two years

Worked well until a critical failure at the joint at about the 2-year mark. Broke at pivot and can't figure out how to contact the seller to see if there is even a warrantee. Going to spend the money for a Moen instead.

Pit filler - my new review

Love it! Very sturdy and stylish. There’s a valve to help the water pressure before it’s turned on with the other valve. (I think that makes sense). Anyway, we love it so far

Above average for the price!

Nice! We haven’t used it yet but it’s sturdy. A plumber installed so not sure the ease of that. Overall pleased. well built, easy to install!
