The ability to communicate with clients in an easy manner so they understand what is going on. Also I like that we have been able to use this software along side of our other programs (like eClinicalWorks). I like that they are so willing to go above and beyond in any way possible. They will find ways of solving problems you didn't even know were there! If you have never used them before, it is worth checking out. We've been using CSV since we opened our clinic over 4 years ago and have not looked back.
