I got this as I have an original Milton manual air chuck, Pros: very good digital gauge, although a bit slower than a manual gauge, also rubber cap on impact easy to remove, so don't drop it or drag it on the floor the sensor is made entirely of plastic, otherwise it works perfectly

Gauge works great when connected to an air compressor when inflating tires. But there are times when you don't really need to add air. Just check your tire pressure. I added a chuck and plug assembly that blocks internal airflow so I can test the tires as a standalone tire gauge.

I ordered this because of the company's reputation. I think they have a bad batch in Revain FBA. The first let air through all the holes on the main unit except where I added the plug and the lever didn't work. I ordered a replacement thinking it was just an accident. nope The same thing happened. The unnamed plastic digital inflator I ordered two years ago still works. I guess I'll have to come back to that first.

The product seemed really durable and useful until it was connected to the air network. No amount of lubricant could quell the air loss at the sticky drive arm, causing the compressor to lose air. Sorry for the bad feedback, maybe your assembly line needs to test the product more thoroughly before shipping. The balance of the product shows good workmanship, so adjusting your inspection of the finished product would detect the flaw.

My company has used Milton products for many years. So when we needed to replace our inflator that was over 10 years old, we went with Milton. We received two faulty inflators. They let air out of the valve and do not inflate the tire. I called Milton support. Carlos told me that the small ball inside could come loose, causing air leaks and malfunctions. Probe leaks to base right out of the box. The included tire valve is not a standard 1/4 NPT, but a proprietary O-ring connection that also leaks. I am very disappointed in the overall quality of this product. I contacted Milton through the website and never received a reply. I asked one of my colleagues to contact them with a question about another product, but they didn't respond to that request either. The snap-on version is about double the price, which I'll probably buy after this one dies.

Overall a good kit that works well with my assembled compressor and is accurate. but too much but. I took it out of the box, put on the quick connector and tried it out. heavily under reading my tire pressure. felt around flows from every joint. Everything turned up and gone again. better, but still not filled in accurately or correctly. I looked at the pictures on the web and realized that I need to change the position of the pressure gauge to a different hole. Strange that it isn't listed and

Pros: Made in the USA. Accuracy is ±0.5psi which is one of the most accurate tire gauges you can buy at any price point. I've spent hours browsing manufacturer websites and no other sensor came close to +/- 0.5psi across the full range. Pivoting head. The bleeder valve only bleeds a small amount of air at a time, which is good as it allows you to accurately and slowly bleed air from an over-inflated tire.
