Working except as stated

Purchase should rebuild a Chevy 3800 Series II engine which is a 90^ V6 for those who don't know how it turns out the crankshaft nose is a few tenths is an inch wider. Aside from the fact that the bushing looks like it will fit older models or smaller crank heads, if the item actually works it would be worth buying.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black

Wrong size head received

Ordered a second head as the head received was over 1.255" and did not fit the SBC 350 crankshaft as described .Ordered a second head.It was of high quality as described by other customers but just not the right size.

Pros
  • Can be loosened while the connecting rod is on the nose so the wheel can be turned at top dead center independently of the engine
Cons
  • Some minor things

Felt like a pro

So just to be clear you use this tool to crank your crankshaft when you don't have the balancer have turned on. It also has a threaded end to secure the steering wheel. So it is also a good tool for a professional mechanic. it is top notch

Pros
  • For Chevrolet small block V8, 90 degree V6 and 4 cylinder and Ford 4.6L
Cons
  • Nothing
